Description
Wax base pellet accommodates 9″ round china plates and features a footed bottom to allow quicker and even heating. Initial heat up time is 1 hour and 45 minutes and is designed to hold safe food temperatures for up to ninety minutes when used with dome and underliner. Constructed of 20 gauge stainless stell inner and outer shells with a wax core interior. Seam welded and hermetically sealed. Sold as a case of 12 pellets.
Can be used in conjunction with WBSC (Suction cup hook) or WBSCA (Suction cup arm).
