Description
The Evolution Series recessed cold food counters NSF 7 guidelines and is constructed with a 16-gauge stainless steel top with 1-1/2″ turn down on all sides. The cold pan is 9-7/16″ deep and pitched to a 1″ drain with a shut-off valve. The stainless steel pan is separated from the top by means of full perimeter plastic breaker strips. The food pans are recessed on rails inside the pan for maximum cooling without the use of ice. The unit is mounted on 5″ heavy duty, non-marking swivel type casters, and two with brakes.
